An Afternoon of art, movement, and dialogue centered on mental health, healing, community care and how we collectively support one another through times like these.

We’ll explore healing, trauma, and community through honest dialogue and shared wisdom. Together, we’ll create space to listen, reflect, and support one another as we navigate an heal in this time.
